The HAP member benefits app offers secure access to specific information regarding member benefits tied to individual health plans. For additional details not available through the app, members can visit the HAP Member Portal at hap.org/login.

The following features are available within the HAP member benefits app for enrolled members:

• ID Card: Members can digitally access their ID cards for all active plans. Subscribers with dependents are able to view the digital ID cards of their dependents through the application.
• Find a Doctor or Hospital: The app provides access to HAP’s “Find-a-doctor” feature on HAP.org, allowing users to easily locate doctors, urgent care facilities, or hospitals.
• Plan and Benefit Information: Members can review their plan details, including summaries of benefits and coverage, as well as copay and coinsurance costs.
• Claims: The app enables members to view their claims and access associated Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), where available.
• Pharmacy and Drug Information: Members receive a direct link to download the Express Scripts app; however, the app does not provide an interface for logging into Express Scripts.

To gain secure access through the app, HAP members should follow these steps:

1. Register a HAP account by visiting hap.org/welcome.
2. Download and install the app on a mobile device.
3. Enter the member ID number from the physical ID card.
4. Input the password created during HAP account registration.
5. Click the Login button.
